Does Esther and Jo ship internationally?
YES! We do ship worldwide. Shipping quotes are given after items have been added to your cart, and before you enter payment info at checkout. That way, you can be sure you are never charged more than necessary.
How soon after I place my order will it ship?
Every Esther and Jo garment is made by hand in our shop. Because of this, our items can take a bit longer to ship (trust me -- it is worth the wait). Each item has an expected turn around time noted within the product listing. Shipping times during special sales and seasonal drops may take the full amount of time noted in the item listing. Feel free to ask about your order by contacting us or by dropping us a line at email@example.com. We love being a part of your special events and know timelines can be tight sometimes, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
Where are your products made?
Materials for our products are sourced from all over the world. Each piece of clothing is then handmade in the Esther and Jo shop, packaged, and then shipped. When you get an e + j box, know that its contents were carefully created by hand and packaged with care.
How do you recommend washing your clothing?
Remember these items are handmade! To get the most use out of our clothing please wash them on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang or lay flat to dry. That being said, most of our clothing holds up well in with the normal laundry.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, so if your product arrives damaged or you need to exchange for a different size, please contact us and we will work to help you out. Please remember that each item is made by hand, and mistakes can happen! We stand fully behind each of our items and want to make sure you enjoy your items to the fullest. We understand purchasing online can be daunting when it comes to selecting a size so again, don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. We love to help.
Items must be unworn and unwashed and received within 30 days to receive full refund. Custom orders and gift cards are not refundable.
Does e + j partner with influencers, bloggers, or other small shops for giveaways & promotions?
